ANISEED
(Calming, Relaxing)
Aniseed essential oil has a strong liquorice scent.  It has a calming influence and aids relaxation. 
 It gives temporary relief from dry or bronchial cough, sinusitis, and the symptoms of hay fever and congesed head colds.

BLACK PEPPER & YLANG YLANG
(Rejuvenating, Stimulating, Warming, Sensual)
From black peppercorns, a very warming and stimulating fragrance.  Add Ylang Ylang for a very sensual experience.

A calming and soothing effect on the mind and is of great help in conditions associated with soothing tension and calming nerves. 
It can help with respiratory problems, as a general pick-me-up tonic or as an insect repellant.

Obtained from the tall aromatic grass.  Citronella is great for use outdoors as it acts as a natural insect repellant.
 
CLARY SAGE & BERGAMOT

Clary Sage essential oil is obtained from the flowering tops and foliage of the herb, Clary Sage is ideal for use when you feel overworked
and struggling to find enough hours in the day.  Clary Sage is often described as refreshing and euphoric and known to be balancing. 
 It is often a monthly choice for women and an aphrodisiac. 
 
CLOVE
     (Warming, Comforting)
Clove bud oil is generally used as a natural anaesthetic to dull pain and was traditionally used by dentists for toothaches. 
Clove oil is a natural aphrodisiac and therefore serves as an excellent stress reliever.  It has a stimulating effect on the mind and removes mental exhaustion and fatigue. 
Clove oil also induces sleep and is helpful to those suffering from insomnia.  It is useful for loss of memory, depression and anxiety. 
 
CORIANDER
(Nurturing, Supportive, Stimulating)
A stimulating oil that helps to combat fatigue and lethargy.  With warming properties, Coriander has a sweet, spicy fragrance.
 
 GERANIUM
(Soothing, Mood Lifting, Balancing)
Geranium essential oil has a delightful floral fragrance with a soothing effect and is best described as balancing. 
 It is also a popular monthly choice for women and for changes later in life. 
 
GINGER
(Strengthening, Anchoring, Warming)
Ginger essential oil is obtained from the root of the herb and is best described as warming and is popular during the cold, frosty winter months. 
Great after exercise, Ginger is also known as clearing, and is ideal for inhalation via a lit candle or wax melts. 
 
LAVENDER
(Balancing, Soothing, Calming, Relaxing, Healing)
French Lavender essential oil comes from the flowers of the shrub, this is the most useful and versatile essential oil. 
Light a lavender, or lavender blend candle / wax melt at the end of the day and inhale the delicate aroma to promote a peaceful night’s sleep. 
Lavender is soothing during pregnancy and ideal for restless children.  Excellent blended with bergamot!
 
NUTMEG
(Uplifting, Energising, Comforting)
Nutmeg oil is distilled from whole, dried nutmegs that have been cut into small particles and pressed to remove the oil. 
 Aromatherapy benefits include rejuvenating, uplifting, energising and comforting. 
 
PALMAROSA
(Refreshing)
Palmarosa is distilled from a grass closely related to citronella and lemongrass.
 Like its relatives, palmarosa has a grassy, rose like scent. 
 
PEPPERMINT & EUCALYPTUS
(Revitalising, Stimulating, Refreshing)
Peppermint essential oil is obtained from the leaves and flowering tops of the herb, peppermint is a pleasantly soothing, stimulating and cooling essential oil, and refreshing when travelling.  Burn to help maintain concentration.  Peppermint essential oil is also useful as an insect repellent.   From the leaves of the Eucalyptus tree, Eucalpytus is an excellent essential oil for use either before or after sporting activities.   Ideal in the sick room, eucalyptus can be useful for inhalation during the winter. 
A fantastic blend to aid concentration and help those who are studying or cleaning the air.
 
POMANDER
